A Pettigo man has offered free blocklaying services to assist the efforts by Paddy Cosgrave to provide new public toilets at Rossnowlagh Beach. The web summit founder, Cosgrave, who lives in Rosslowagh, has pledged 50k of his own money to provide the toilets, saying the existing portaloos are a disgrace
