The Cape Fear region's housing market remained strong in November, with increases in all major categories compared to last year.
Though November is typically considered the slowest time of the year for the Cape Fear region's housing market, closed sales were up 36.7% over the same time last year, pending sales increased 44.5% while new listings were up 7.9% over year last, according to Cape Fear Realtors.
