A man shot and killed Sunday died in the same area where, two years before, he was accused of shooting his then-19-year-old brother. 

According to police, officers found Parish McNeil, 31, with an apparent gunshot wound after responding to a Shotspotter alert in the 1100 block of Campbell Street just after 1 p.m. Sunday.
