After three years of planning Realize U 252 is open for business. Realize U 252 is a long-term recovery program in which recovering addicts – whether of substances or behavior – can reside and receive help while they rebuild their lives.
The name, according to Board member Garret Biss, describes an addict’s hope (to realize who you can be) and the area the organization hopes to reach – the 252-area code.
New residents must go through detox before they can enter the homes. There is a cost, but scholarships are available for Craven County residents.
