A longtime hub for transportation located in northwestern Gaston County will have a new owner.
Earlier this month, International Express agreed to purchase the former Carolina Freight complex in Cherryville for $1.3 million, according to Gaston County property tax records. The seller was PCS Investments LLC and the deed was transferred on Oct. 15. The property’s most recent assessed tax value is listed as $2,003,860.
