For the fourth time in as many months an Asheville School alumnus has filed a complaint against the beleaguered private boarding school alleging sexual abuse by faculty and cover-up by the school.
An April 23 amendment to a lawsuit filed in December in Buncombe County Superior Court by Walter Triplette adds another plaintiff, whom the Citizen Times is not naming.
The suit claims the school was “wanton, reckless, officially tolerant, and deliberately indifferent to abuse” of the boys by teachers.
