G20 Africa Catalysts 

South Africa is leading the G20 for the first time a major milestone for the continent. As part of this presidency, the Department of Tourism launched the G20 Tourism Hackathon, where young
innovators use AI to solve real tourism challenges. Finalists pitched their ideas to global ministers this September in Mpumalanga, with one team chosen to represent Africa. It’s more than a contest it’s a legacy project empowering youth to shape the future of tourism. Stay tuned for updates!
