Africa has officially launched the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2027, and the continent is buzzing! Under the theme "Three Nations, One Heartbeat", South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia will co-host the first Cricket World Cup on African soil in 24 years, from 4 October to 21 November 2027. With 14 teams, 57 matches and 12 venues spread across three nations, this tournament promises to be a spectacular celebration of African culture, unity and hospitality. Local Organising Committee CEO Qondisa Ngwenya says the event will boost tourism, create community opportunities and inspire the next generation of African cricketers, and we cannot wait.
