After a lengthy investigation, prosecutors announced this week four Massachusetts State Police academy instructors have been indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges in the 2024 death of trainee Enrique Delgado-Garcia. Delgado-Garcia died accidentally of blunt-force injuries to the head following a boxing training exercise during the academy. State Police have faced criticism in recent years for what many call a paramilitary style training structure that has left many former recruits hurt. Attorney Louis Aloise, one of the Delgado-Garcia family’s attorneys, joined us to discuss.
