The highly anticipated murder trial of Lindsay Clancy is underway in Plymouth Superior Court, where prosecutors allege the former Duxbury labor and delivery nurse deliberately killed her three young children in January 2023 before attempting to take her own life. The jury first heard opening statements from Assistant District Attorney Shanan Buckingham and defense attorney Kevin Reddington. Patrick Clancy, the children's father and Lindsay Clancy's former husband, was the first witness to testify. Joining Dan for analysis is attorney Philip A. Tracy Jr.
