We discussed the case of Patrick Kelley who was just granted parole at 61 years old after spending 31 years behind bars for beating, raping, and robbing a 76-year-old Dorchester woman along with a visiting home nurse who came to the Dorchester woman’s home. He was sentenced to three concurrent life sentences back in 1995. Does the time served and rehabilitation efforts made in prison warrant his release? The MA Parole Board thinks so, do you?
