The Vermont-based ice cream maker Ben & Jerry’s has certainly seen its share of legal issues this year. Back in March, the ice cream company claimed that its parent company, Unilever, unlawfully fired its CEO David Stever. Then in September, co-founder Jerry Greenfield quit the business after 47 years, citing Unilever’s halting of the company’s social activism. Bradley reviewed this case and more with Mike Coyne, Dean of the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover.
