Her book explores the theme of men's mental health. She hopes this book can connect with teenage boys and help them learn to recognise and deal with their emotions, which play a crucial part in battling the issue of men and their mental health.

The novel is written from the perspective of a 17-year-old boy and explores many themes boys experience through adolescence.
