From 5.00am tomorrow through to 5.00pm on Christmas Eve the Fish Market’s will stay open so everyone gets a chance to grab their seafood in time for the upcoming festivities.

If you are looking to try something a little different this year, Alex says instead of buying something like a snapper you should try a reef perch.
