Prime realestate in on Sydney's North Shore has been subject to an Aboriginal Land Claim, which was first made in 2009.

The claim, for land at Balmoral Beach, first revealed on by Chris O'Keefe on 2GB Drive, is for 2,500 square metres of land and was made under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act, not the federal Native Title act.
