Coronavirus restrictions forced health services to adapt in many ways, one of which was the move to recognise psychological telehealth.
Telehealth for physical as well as mental health needs was designed as a temporary measure at the start of the pandemic, but there is waning confidence that it will stay.
The Australian Association of Psychologists say this will put patients at risk. Board member Betty Chetcuti joins John Stanley to discuss the wins from psychological telehealth, arguing it should become a more permanent solution.
