The Kids' Cancer Project is an independent national charity in Australia that funds vital scientific research for childhood cancers. The research strategy focuses on four main pillars: discover, translate, support and build.

Every September is childhood cancer awareness month, which shines a light on the impact of cancer on children and their families, while emphasising the critical need for continued research funding. In Australia alone, roughly 1,000 children and adolescents are diagnosed with cancer each year equivalent to about 90 children every month.
