John Stanley chats to Endurance athlete and former survivor Australia contestant Samantha Gash who is currently undertaking an epic fundraising trek of over 1600kms across the ten sections of Nepal's Great Himalaya Trail.

Samantha is fundraising for World Vision Australia's work in Nepal, empowering and protecting rural women, and for Movember, supporting men's mental health and suicide prevention.

However, it has not been smooth sailing due to a monsoon storm that devastated Nepal and forced Samantha to pause, change plans and find alternate routes to navigate the rugged terrain.
