Joe Biden has stepped down as Democratic Presidential candidate after calls that he's too old to run for president.

And while it seems like that's the right call, there are plenty of older people in Australia looking to work, but can't get a job because of age discrimination.

Michael Byrnes from Swaab Lawyers joins John to talk about what rights you have as an older worker, and what age discrimination looks like in the workplace.
