Victoria’s Dja Dja Wurrung community has opened “Larnangurrak”. It’s a new community and cultural centre in Bendigo and Ngaarda Radio got the tour.
Mulga Bore Hard Rock is a six piece band from the remote central Australian desert community of Mulga Bore.
The band recently opened for KISS on their Australian tour and now they are the subject of a film. We speak to the Director.
And First Nations people from all over the world are gathering in Boorloo on Monday for the very first opening of First Nations House.

If you’ve ever visited Wandjemup also known as  Rottnest Island in Perth of Western Australia, you’ve probably enjoyed the beaches, the quokkas, and maybe even a spot of snorkelling. But there's a deeper history to the island—a sorrowful history for Aboriginal people who were imprisoned and forced to  work .. many of them were buried at Wandjemup! Last week a sorry ceremony was held and the WA Premier apologised.

You’ll hear from a YInhawangaka elder whose ancestor escaped! 

Also. Thousands of protestors have marched from the top of the North Island in New Zealand to Parliament House in Wellington to voice their opposition to the controversial Treaty of Waitangi Principles Bill. 

This bill has sparked some serious debate. Many Māori leaders, including those behind the march, believe the bill could weaken Māori rights and disregard the spirit of the Treaty itself.
