Andrew shares what the transition was like going from playing to the broadcast booth on Amazon Thursday Night Football and some of the challenges he faced in his first year. He also shares how he spent his first off-season not having to report to training camp after 16 years. Andrew also opens up about dealing with chronic pain as an athlete and how that put him through some dark days realizing there’s some things his body can’t do anymore. He also talks about his leadership style and how he took on the role of being a mentor to the people around him.
