Good Morning Football.

Hey everybody, this is Good Morning Football. We are as always presented by Old Trapper View Turkey. We're live in Los Angeles. That man waving at you is Manti Tayo. This is Akbar bashab.

Be a Mila.

There's Kyle Brant out in New York City or back in New York City.

I'm Jamie Rdall. This was really hard to watch last night.

If you're a fan of football, the game two of the Dolphins, it doesn't matter Manti specifically for you.

If you could just.

Remind the viewers how well you know Tua and what this was like watching last night for you.

Yeah, it was hard for me to watch.

And you know, Jamie, you and I were texting back and forth about the situation. When I saw twole go down, it definitely as a big brother to him. Tua and I from the same st eight were from the same island. I remember when I was in college and got into the NFL. I heard about this young boy named Toultungo by Law who was doing six am workouts with his dad on the beach, and I was able to meet toua later on in my career and just to see him flourish and see him become the man that he is today. I've always been somebody that that has has vouched for Tua, But to see him go down, I think the thing that scared me the most was it was a hit that, in my opinion, shouldn't have resulted in a concussion. It wasn't a type of violent hit that we that we're used to seeing where somebody goes down that way, and so when when Tua is suffering these kind of concussions from those types of hits, it kind of makes me question the type of condition that he's in. You know, you heard coach talk about he was in good spirits, and I salute Coach McDaniel on on that. My question is is he in good shape? Like what is his condition? Because that just isn't a a type of hit from DeMont Hamlin.

It wasn't a violent one.

But yet he still suffered from concussion. And I text him last night, I text Uncle Naldu this morning, just telling him to give him a hug from all of us at GMFB and that we're all thinking of him and praying for him. But let's just say after he went down, I turned that game off and I was like, okay, let's get ready for Friday. Oh yeah, it was one of those games for me.

Yeah, I did the same thing. It was really, really tough to watch, and you're right, it seemed like it was a routine tackle and the irony is not lost that it was DeMar Hamlin. And of course we all remember what happened with Zamar Hamlin. But seeing that it made me start to think about his overall health. I'm now, you know, a little bit more removed. I've now got a son that is close to tous age, and I see that as a father, as a former NFL guy, and I go, wow, I'm more concerned about his health. Forget the money, forget the accolades. How do we evaluate moving forward? Immediately I picked up the phone and I called my old doctor for the San Diego Then San Diego charges doctor David Child, and then we're just talking about concussion protocol, bring health, all of this stuff, and obviously it's so different from player to player. I walked away going, I don't know that Tua should play again. And this is because he's a father, He's a husband, and you start thinking about, you know what this means for his long term health. This is your brain. This is not just fix you just it's just one that's it. There's no fixing, you know, the concussion stuff. So I just that was just tough to watch. I mean, he was just you could see that he was just continuously getting better. The one thing that was interesting to me is just that, you know, coming into this year he had lost weight. You remember, he had put on weight so he could take on a lot of the punishment that he was getting this year. Coming into this year, he lost some weight to be a little bit more agile and nimble, and so just a lot of science that's going to go into protecting our players.

Yeah, listen, this went from just a really bad game to just a really really bad night.

You see that from any player.

It's disturbing, especially a quarterback, because there's such so much the focus of the broadcast that just this player. If you follow, if you're plugged in, we know the history, we know the deal, and the second he didn't immediately get up, we knew the sick feeling in our stomachs. There is a whole video reel that's cut together of Tua's injuries over the years and what's happened to him and how he's gone down, and I just I don't even want to see it anymore. I find it sickening, I find it gratuitous. I don't want to look at that at all. It's of course, it is a very loaded moment that DeMar Hamlin was the guy involved in the play by no fault of his own.

But I just think of what the Dolphins, those players.

Have seen, some of his teammates over the last few years, how many times they've gone through this, and almost formulaically the second to a one down they took helmet off, knee down.

They knew immediately.

And I think of the Bills players who have gone through what they have gone through and what they've seen, what they've seen in prime time under the lights with one of their own teammates, and it's.

I feel for them. I feel really bad for them.

And I think, you know, I think there's so many takes.

Everyone has to have a take.

And I thought immediately there's this reaction of well Tua should have slid. I'm like, come on, yeah, first of all, fourth down, he's competing, he's trying to get past the line. He doesn't know where they're going to market and all that stuff. I just think it's very easy for us to say, and then it just immediately concluding that he should walk away and walk away, Let's just take a hot breath for a second and just let him recover and then he can decide before we decide for all of him. Mat I have to look to you, and the three of us are watching the game, and we have our own relationship as spectators with Tua, but as someone who personally knows him, as a connection with him, first of all, I'm really sorry that you have to go through this has got to be difficult for you. But as a friend and as a family connection to Tua, how are you feeling this morning in terms of man, I just I want him to just walk away.

I want him to stay through this, Like where are you with that?

Because none of us really know where to go, but none of us have your connection to him.

Yeah, I'll say this, Kyle, after he suffered the one against the Bengals, I wanted him to walk when I saw him have to be carted off the field. Yeah, I wanted him to walk like that was Yep, that was hard, bro, Like you have to understand this is just a game, you know, and then and then there's life and when you watch, when you watch a young man that you've known since she was a little boy, I'll go out there.

You know, Yeah, is it hard? Is it hard for me? Yeah?

But I can't imagine how it is for Uncle Nahlu and Anti Diana to watch their son again go down. And you know, Khalais mentioned it was so good to watch him stand up for somebody that's been in that situation. Who I've had a concussion. I don't even know if two is there as he's walking off the field, Like there's been clips of me after concussions, getting off the ground and walking off the stadium, walking into the locker room. I don't remember those walks. It's like I wake up. I remember when it was a playoff game against the Broncos. I got knocked out the second quarter of that game.

I got up.

They showed the camera foot that shows me walking into the locker room. Kyle, I didn't wake up. I didn't come to into the fourth quarter. It was two minutes left in the fourth quarter and I was sitting in the locker room, trying to figure out why am I in the Denver and so to see my brother Tool go down like that, it really just makes me. I want the best for Tool, the man, the father, he's a father of two now. I want him to be able, not today, but ten, fifteen, twenty years down the line, to be able to raise his children, to be able to walk his daughter down the aisle. That's what I want for too, That's true joy. And I know the competitor and Tool. Everybody like how Jamie talked about Slide to A like, I was saying the same thing, Bro, just slide, but knowing the competit competitor in him, he wants to win. He has a whole new helmet just to protect him. He lost weight just to protect himself. And to see him go down like that. I don't mean to get emotional on the show, but it was big for a family member to watch him go through that again. And I'm just so grateful that the NFL community has rallied around to a I just hope for my little brother that he sees and he understands, knowing that his makeup, he understands what's important in life. And I just hope that he makes the right decision, Like Kyle like, I'm not going to make that this for you. I'm not saying to step away from the game as a brother. I just want the best for you and whatever that looks like for a tool in the Tungo Bailoa family, that's what I want for him.

You didn't have to say that about him, You didn't have to share that. We really appreciate it. And to Kyle's point, I know as viewers we feel certain things, but you knowing him and his family and his parents, those are the people that you continue to reference, Uncle Nahlu and Auntie Diane. The fact that you spoke to it is really appreciated and helpful. As to a tongue of Iloa exactly.

Thank you.

Mantai has suffered a concussion in the game on Thursday Night Football. He's got a history of this and we will continue to talk about it and cover it here on Good Morning Football.

Good Morning Football.

All right?

First up, which New York quarterback do you believe needs a win more this week? Is it Daniel Jones Peter out to New York first, or is it Aaron Rodgers.

Yeah, Look, we're in this market and both fan bases had instant overreactions. As you can imagine. The Giants were at home and lost this horrible game to the Vikings while they were celebrating their on hundred year aniversary, and Daniel Jones looked awful.

And then the.

Jets went out to San Francisco with all that hype, and all of a sudden, their defensive line was just pushed around by Jordan Mason and those big.

Boys up front in San Francisco.

I actually think, I actually think Daniel Jones and the Giants need this game a lot more than the Jets do. As the Jets travel to Tennessee for a short week in a road game.

I look at the Giants.

The Commanders are the one team they've had success over in the last recent years. And like Daniel Jones, you start off oh to two, like these fans in New York with the Giants, they'll give up, like they'll support you eventually, they'll come back if you start winning, but like oh and two, like they're not going to be like, hey, let's be patient here this debut. With all those legends there fifty different living legends, one hundred players honored Kaughlin in the House Parcells travels from Floria. He's in the house, and to lay this egg in front of that homered with all the bunting and.

Those uniforms bunting. There was bunting to get Clawbert.

You cannot now go and lose to the Washington Commanders, the one team you've had any.

Success over in recent years.

Giants have owned the Commanders the last few seasons.

I'll add this though, it's not just Daniel Jones. Keevon Thibodeau did nothing last week against the Vikings. Brian Burns, the Spider Man, the big signing silent last week. Sam Darnold had its way against that defense, which is supposed to be the strength of this team. So I'm gonna say the Giants cannot lose to the Commanders if we're going to keep the interest of the Giants fan base past September twentieth or whatever it is. Right now, I mean, this could be a lost season already. If they're oh and two, the fans can just say, oh, you know what, we didn't want Daniel.

Jones to start the season.

We certainly don't want him after his oh and to two against two beatable teams.

Uh.

Peter I can argue seasons already over the man. You know it's Daniel Jones. Man, I'm sorry, I said it a couple of days ago. I think Danie Jones would get go go, make a lot of people lose their jobs this year out there in New York, and I think Hard Knocks didn't do them any justice.

I thought it was awesome.

I watched it all the time.

It was awesome to hear how they decided to go all in on Daniel Jones because he's the quarterback and let Sae Kwon Barkley walk right out the door as Sa Kwon Barkley had an amazing first game for the Philadelphia Eagles. Daniel Jones twenty two for forty two. He missed twenty passes only through four one hundred and eighty six yards, zero touchdowns, two interceptions. If you had to talk about Daniel Jones his time in the National Football League, one thing you can say is he's turned the ball over way too much.

He's been way too.

Killless with the football.

Oh yeah, and he had five sacks against him as well. At some point, the front office, the coaches in New York, they have to look honestly at this situation, and true offensive coaches understand how to you know, move on, Because if you're a true offensive coach, like we all know Brian day bar Is, he feels he can get any quarterback read, and he should feel he can get any quarterback ready because good quarter good coordinators, off of the coordinators can do that. I don't understand, well, actually I do understand. It's the business standpoint. Is the fact they're paying him forty million dollars is the reason why they're sticking with Daniel Jones right now. And I think Daniel Jones a good person. I think he's probably a great backup quarterback in.

This league right now.

But to be the starter, the face of your franchise making forty million dollars, I think that's a lot on him right now. I don't think, don't think his skill set meets the expectation.

I hear you.

What you're essentially saying is bring in Drew Locke, you know, and give him an opportunity.

But you know, you talked about his performance.

You think about that was his third worst passer rating in last week game. It was a bad performance by Daniel Jones. You think about the fact that career wise, forty two interceptions. There was a lot of hope with you know, this year, especially being able to get Melak neighbors. You know, we saw how excited they were to get Melik Neighbors and what that might have meant for a guy like Daniel Jones, like, oh man, he's got this new electric toy that he can now throw to and.

Do all this stuff.

But I watched that game and they couldn't move that ball. I mean, it's not just on Daniel Jones now, I mean, if we're going to he said it. We heard him in that clip talking about we all have to play better. He knew he had to play better. But that offensive line couldn't get their running back. That running game going.

That direct deposit is still casting. No, bro't what I'm saying that forty million still now. I'm just saying, y'all, I mean, you're paid to beat the deoda rant for the for the I getting your offense bright.

I get it. I get it.

It's got the aluminum and the deodoran in the whole thing, and then that's supposed to plug things up.

But what I'm trying to tell.

You is is that that run game wasn't effective.

As well.

So I think a good run game compliments a quarterback that might be struggling in this situation. So yes, I am saying it's I'm trying to say it in a nice way. Yeah, it feels like it's doomsday for the New York Giants.

Yeah we will Giants, Giants, Giants. To start the segment, man.

Just going in on Daniel Jones, and rightfully so. But I'm I'm a spin it. I must spin it even more. I'm a spin it even more. And I think, you know, the quarterback that that needs this win in week two is Ann Rodgers. And and I was. I was at Jamie's beautiful home yesterday. She invited me over for dinner with her family to invite. Hey, that's okay, bro, I got away from.

Your family and on the road. I know, I'm trying to help a teammate out.

So I'm I'm at the house and I get to meet Sam, her her husband, and and see her beautiful daughters. And I start talking to Sam and we started having conversation, and I said, Hey, Sam, how'd you guys meet? And you started talking a little bit about their history, and then he kind of jokes and said, you know what, bro It actually took us three movies to finally kiss, and I thought to myself, I was like.

You know what, the man wait, I was like, movies.

Check this, check this, check it hours, let me, let me, let me bring it back. So I thought, I was like, you know what that that's kind of like the Jets fans and and Aaron Rodgers.

It's like, okay, listen, life.

You know, we just watched a movie last year and it was filled with a whole bunch of drama on suspense, and then it just kind of ends, and it's like that Lord of the Rings movie.

You're like, okay, Like what's now? Like that's it? Like when's the next one coming out? And then the second movie starts.

It's on Monday night and it's a complete horror film. And if you're anything like me, I don't like horror, and I don't like it so much as like, when I'm done watching the horror film, I'm I regret.

Even watching it.

It's like I shouldn't have watched this thing in the first place. Well, Jets fans, don't worry.

The third movie is coming Tennessee Titans, The New York Jets is coming and I am more than confident that your story is gonna be a lot like Jamie and and Sam, that you guys are gonna what you guys been anticipating.

It's like an Oppenheimer movie and this thing just I'm talking about.

Jamie and Sam have an amazing relations Yea, they went to movies already and it wasn't what you wanted.

It wasn't what you were expecting.

And the third one that all the expectations are met and you guys live on like happier ever.

Jen has three daughters. I'm not saying you're going to.

Have three super Bowls.

I'm just saying that era is going to be probably ever after the end.

That's all I'm saying.

Earlier, I know Kyle wants to know what movies are Jamie, was this a driving movie?

Making out at the movies? And yes, what were the movies? What do we? What the hell is the story?

It was?

It was our first date. We watched three.

Movies and I was nervous.

We were nervous.

There the movies where.

The Jets fans, they were nervous. D you know what I mean?

Rounders, What happens guys? Rounders?

Great Last Castle oh.

Wow, Last Castle, James Gandel fine.

And then Goodwill Hunting, Don't see about a girl? And then that's when we were at at all Home.

You know what are.

Three dude movies?

Dude movie?

You look at what I do for work?

Okay, I made up with the third movie.

How do you like them? Apples? Let me answer this question. I'll do it quickly because I'm behind.

And listen, I think I think as a quarterback, I think it's Daniel Jones, like Aaron Rodgers.

Doesn't play well this week and he's not going to be benched.

I think there was There was already columns written about Daniel Jones being benched after week one, and I'm pretty sure they were written in the second quarter.

And yes, he gets paid a lot of money.

Although Mike rob I can actually see Daniel Jones as a guy who doesn't have direct deposit actually gets a payper check in the mail because he's that old.

Fashioned and geeky, you know what I'm saying. I think he still gets the check and opens it and deposits it.

But listen, I think that Daniel Jones needs them more as a quarterback. The Jets need to win because all anybody said, including me after the loss of Niners, was It's okay, it's Week one, it's the Niners. All these other teams you're playing the next few months, aren't that great. The Jets need to win bad. It's the quarterback Jones, the team Jets.

Fall. All right. I want to talk about Mike Evans.

Baker's like the coolest guy in the league right now, but I got to talk about Mike Evans. I was flying home from Los Angeles to New York recently, and you know, I just got a little loose, and I started thinking about football, and I was watching the games, and I was watching that Buccaneers game, and I released this tweet. I posted this on X and my tweet was that I have a Mike Evans take. It's too hot for this platform, but I believe it.

And so all these bucks man just saying, release the take, really release it, we want to hear the take. Well, the take crystallized.

I think around the time this past week when he was scoring the second of two touchdowns and just another Mike Evans season Week one, coming out looking unstoppable, and him scoring the first touchdown, and then he just chanted in with the second he didn't even need, but I decided he should have it anyway. So here's the take. First, there's just warm up takes. I think Mike Evans was a Hall of Famer a couple of years ago.

I do.

I think last season he became a first ballot Hall of Famer after another thousand yard season, another playoff run, and I have to come around to the take.

Here's the take.

Mike Evans is the greatest Tampa Bay buccaneer of all time, and I'm going to get into it. He is the one we have over a decade now of dominance and durability by one of the best dudes in any locker room. Now you have to split hairs a little bit with the take like this between best Buck ever and greatest buck ever. Has a buccaneer ever been better at their position for a given time than Mike Evans?

Maybe?

Maybe, but greatest that term, I think it means ability, success, and dominance.

Over a long period of time.

You, as a football fan, likely know about the astounding stat of ten straight years of one thousand plus yards. Did you know, though, that in many of the years he played every single game and has never played fewer than thirteen games in a season. The durability of Mike Evans is incredible. In a matter of weeks, He's going to catch his one hundred touchdown. There are eight wide receivers in history to hit one hundred. Every single one of them is in the w Hall of Fame, most of them first ballot or guys who should have been like Tara Owens, and guys who will be like Larry Fitzgerald.

But I am aware that the.

Second I say greatest buccaneer ever, immediately you the fan think of four.

Legends of Bucks past. I do too.

Trust me, I grew up on Lynch and Barber and Brooks and Sap.

Those guys are action figures. To me, they are heroes.

Derek Brooks a five time I'll pro I'm very aware of that.

I love Derek Brooks.

I think each of those guys would openly admit that all of them, being on the same team, in fact, the same side of the ball, created and crafted their greatness. And they played together through the greatest stretch of Bucks football, maybe any defensive football ever played. It was a hell of a group and they won a lot. Mike Kevans went two and fourteen still bald. He went five and eleven, still bald. Next year went five to eleven, again still bald. In just over ten seasons, Mike Evans has had four head coaches, six offensive coordinators, seven starting quarterbacks, and he's been amazing, and he's been great in huge games. His first ever playoff game in twenty twenty had one hundred and nineteen yards. His most recent playoff game against Detroit last year, he had one hundred and forty seven yards in a touchdown. And I think if you consider what current player on their current team is the greatest player in the history of that franchise, I think it's Patrick Mahomes and Mike Evans. I think that is the list. They are the greatest ever of their franchise now. And I think Mike Evans is that he is big, he is fast, he is tough as hell, he doesn't get injured. He's beloved in the locker room and the community. And I think Mike Evans is the greatest Tampa Bay buccaneer of all time.

It was amazing and obviously anyone who's in Tampa knows. And this past offseason it was is he gonna leave? Is is Evan's gonna be a free Oh, lock him down. No, they did everything they could to make sure that Mike Evans was taking care of finely so that he can score that hundred touchdown with the Tampay Buccaneers. And he can do that. Now, yours take at the end, because we can we can split here is that he and Mahomes. If you're listening at home, I wanted to play this year. The topic are the only current players that are the greatest players of their individual franchise?

Is history?

Now if you want to debate Evans versus Ronde Barber who played all those years and played all those positions fine, or Derek Brooks five time up, Profine. I was thinking, I'm like, could Miles Garrett being like no, immediately not. Jim Brown will always be the greatest. Brown's nothing Miles Garrett can do that's gonna top Jim Brown. I'm like, all right, well, let's go as Lamar Jackson. Ray Lewis has two Super Bowl rings. Ray Lewis, I don't know if anything and bloss Lamar wins three.

I don't know if he's ever beating real Lewis. It is a good quandary for you at home, and for the guys, it's tad. To me, is Josh Allen the greatest player never won MVP, Super Bowl?

Bruce Smith even or Thurman or Jim Kelly, but like Bruce Smith, to me, is the greatest Bill of all time.

That's a good take.

It could be Jim Kelly went to four Super Bowls, Thermo one MVP.

I don't think Josh is there yet.

My point is all I got is Evans and Mahomes in thirty two teams.

That's all they can think of.

If you think of one about this guy and this team is the greatest ever. Peter and I at least right now, can this is good?

That's good, it's fun topic.

Mike Evans is in my opinion, greatest buck ever.

All right, time for mad minutes. Here's the name of the game.

I give gentlemen here at the table and in New York City a matchup, and you have a minute on the clock to discuss.

That is not a minute for each of you.

No, no, it is twenty seconds ish each unless you want to just take the ball and take it yourself to the hoop. We have another great slate of games this Sunday, So we kick things off in Detroit.

Baker Mayfield and the Bucks.

They're one to o when they take on Dan Campbell and Alliance tough to go to Detroit and win. Baker and coach Campbell are two of Kyle's favorites.

So Kyle, that is why we start with you.

I'd love to start first of all. Mike Evans, you better have a game.

I've spent the entire week saying you're the greatest thing I ever put on this planet.

You better go out there.

Don't don't have three drops and one cut for nine yards?

Mike? I love you? Do you guys know how.

Good Jared Goff has been in his career against Tampa Bay. This is one of those things that comes up in research.

You might not know.

Jared Goff goes for three hundred and eighty three yards a game in his career again Tampa Bay. It's like the highest all time of one quarterback ever, smaller sample size, but they've had some long days against Jared Goff in those two games.

What do you guys got, Well, you know I've got this secondary, this new secondary for the Detroit Lions going up against Godwin and Evans. And remember Carlton Davis who came over from Tampa Bay. He got traded over, so we're gonna get to see that matchup as well. Bucks traded Carlton Davis to Detroit, so we get to see how he gets to go up against his old teammates in this one.

Yeah, I got the Lions and their run game to see if they can continue to build off of that run game that they had in overtime and establish that physical presence there in Detroit.

So I'm I'm excited to see this game.

Two kind of.

Cool personalities in the NFL going up against each other in Baker and Jared Goff, and a rematch of course in the playoffs last season.

All right, the New.

Orleans Saints said to Jerry's World to take on the Cowboys. Both of these teams were clicking on all cylinders in Week one, Manti former team and the New Orleans Saints they head to Dallas.

Yeah, I'm really excited to see if No.

Orleans can keep Derek Carr Scott free, keep him away from Michael Parsons, If they can keep Derek Carr on his feet, I think they're going to find a lot of success on this week and I'm looking forward to seeing that defense and how they adapt in that chess match between Dak Prescott and to Mario Davis.

All right, and then Dak Prescott has won fourteen straight home games.

Fourteen straight. He is fourteen and one at home since twenty twenty two.

The Cowboys are not a perfect organization.

They're flawed in certain ways.

Winning regular season home games is really what they do.

It would be really.

Exciting if the Saints started to to zero because as we said in the preseason, they were thirty second out of thirty two teams in terms of buzz win in Jerry World.

Get them a home loss with the Cowboys.

You get the buzz.

Okay, all right, Now, Ceedee Lamb, Ceede Lamb has got to go up against a Dable and of course a lot of more. So that's going to be interesting to see Ceedee Lamb, who, of course he held out for as long as he could, got that money. Now it's time to put up against some pretty good defensive.

Cks pending what we all hate is a tie.

One of those teams is going to be too to Oho at the end of this weekend, and that's really fun for the Saints.

With the Cowboys.

The Ravens are just hoping to break five hundred. This weekend after they lost a heartbreaker to kick off the twenty twenty four season. They play host the Las Vegas Raiders making the cross country trip.

We start with our former.

Raider at the table, Akbar, who saw the Raiders in person last weekend.

Okwar, how do you see this one plan out?

Well, we know that the Ravens they did have a lot going on, you know, offensively, but now they get a chance to go up against this Raiders defense.

Who did really look good.

If you look at the first half of that Chargers game, the Raiders look pretty solid. Now they get to put that to the test against a very good Ravens offense. I'm going to be excited to see what Max Crosby does and if you can give a couple of sacks on Lamar Lamar Jackson.

Man, I don't want to be the Raiders for this game. I definitely don't want to be the Raiders, you know, going against the Baltimore Ravens. After that game against the Chiefs, I know that ro con is going to have that defense ready. I know Lamar and Derek Henry in company they're going to be ready to go, so I don't want.

To be the Raiders in this week.

I'm really excited to see how the Ravens respond after last week's performance.

Yeah, I think Lamar was furious and Isaiah likely was furious. Lamar has not lost consecutive starts in three years. John Harbaugh has not started zero to two in nine years, and now they're home against a team that's not terribly promising after week one traveling across the country wrap up, this one could get.

Out of him.

Listen, I'm just here to see DeVante Adams be in all of the best ball carrier ever, regardless of position. That is what he referred to as Lamar Jackson. I mean, I just needed DeVante Adams cam at this point, just to be awestruck. Next game, Colts had to Lambeau to face Malik Willis. Not that I have beef with Milke Willis, It's just it would have been really fun to see Jordan Love and the Packers go up against Anthony Richardson and the Colts. Love, of course, sustained his knee injury in Brazil last week.

Kyle, where does your eye go for this one?

First of all, Jamie, I'm with you.

After that, Devonte Adams take.

He needs Lamar to have a game against his own team, Like you can't come out and say it's the greatest ball carrier ever and then Lamara does nothing. Savante's going to be on the side and be like, see, I told you he's amazing, and against my own guys. I'm interested to see Malik Willis just because he's such a mystery and the Packers are so important.

Can he really carry?

Are we gonna be talking after this game about get somebody on the phone, get a new quarterback in here.

He gets sacked a lot.

In the very small amount that Malik Willis has played in the NFL, he gets sacked at an alarmingly high rate.

So hopefully he gets the hell out of there. What do you think, Matt Hackfire you going next?

Well, I say the Packers they're going to run the risk of going zero and two in this one. This is going to be very, very difficult, but they're going to have to help Malik out. They're going to have to establish that run game of course with Josh Jacobs, and then defensively they've got to step up big time.

Malie can't do this by himself.

Yeah, no, speaking of Josh Jacobs.

Unfortunately for the Packers, Josh Jacobs is used to a stack box because he played for a Raiders team last year that they couldn't get the ball to the anti Adams.

So he knows what it feels like in.

Those situations to have a stack box, and he has success there.

So I think they'll be fine all right.

Packer's looking for a bounce back after.

An injury to their quarterback.

Browns and the Jags are both looking to bounce back in week two after both suffering losses in Week one. Mantai, where do you take us here? Browns Jags?

Now my eyes are on the quarterback. I want to see how Deshaun Watson responds. I know that another thing came up on outside of the field. How's he doing mentally? How is he How is that going to affect his performance on the field. So I'm excited to see what happens. I know they have a lot of injuries. Their defense was a little rocky in the first week, so I want to see just how this team responds and if they can get their season back on the right track.

Yeah, I mean, I don't know.

If anybody in the entire NFL needs a big game more than Deshaun Watson does, maybe Daniel Jones, but we'll get into that.

I look at Browns Jaggs.

Two separate players who were actually built in a laboratory, Miles Garrett versus Trevor Lawrence. Last time they went at it, Trevor Lawrence took the most hits he has ever taken in his career, including four sacks. Watching those two perfect specimens run away from each other and over each other, that's why I'm tuning in.

Yeah, last week, we saw, of course, Michael Parsons kind of pick his poison on that against the Cleveland Browns offensive line. You know, they've got some young guys on the offensive side. They had some injuries. Now they have an opportunity. They're going to be going up against Trevron Walker, against Josh Heinz Allen. These guys are going to get after it. Can they stop them? Can they stop this mean pass rush?

San Francisco forty nine ers travel to Minnesota as well. That was our first version of Mad Minute. We make sure to cover all the games we are on a Friday. I know, get up, Good morning football,
