On this Friday edition of The Next Round, the guys get you ready for another huge weekend of college football and NFL action, headlined by Alabama vs. Mississippi State in Starkville. They break down the matchup between quarterbacks Keelon Russell and Kamario Taylor, Mississippi State’s rushing attack, Alabama’s improving offense and whether the Bulldogs can finally snap Alabama’s long winning streak in the series.

The crew also looks across the college football landscape, including Florida-Missouri, Auburn-Tennessee, USC-Washington, Penn State-Northwestern, Clemson-Miami and more, while debating which teams and coaches face pivotal weekends.

Plus, the guys react to Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers following their loss to Cleveland, discuss Deshaun Watson and the surprising Browns, and preview some of the biggest games on the NFL schedule.

And after the Atlanta Braves eliminate the Philadelphia Phillies, the show celebrates Atlanta's playoff run and looks ahead to the Braves' next postseason challenge against the Dodgers.
