University of Ottawa professor Jamie Chai Yun Liew @thechaiyun joins @MooreintheAM to discuss her new book "Ghost Citizens,"  a term that describes the plight of stateless people throughout the world. A Ghost Citizen is someone who lives in a country without citizenship and endured the burden of lack of access to basic things like education, health care, housing, and even obtaining a cell phone plan.
