We've been hearing for months now that once vaccines begin rolling out and more people are protected against COVID-19 we can start living our lives a little bit more normally. But even though 25 per cent of Ontarians have their first shot - along with 21 per cent of Canadians - the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) isn't issuing any new post-vaccine guidance at this point.
