Voter Guide to Missouri Judges

Teresa joins Vic and Ken to layout the list of judges that we will be voting on in the November 5th Election.  Listeners have asked for some kind of list to give us some sort of guideline and Teresa has extensively researched the judges that we'll be voting on and lists the Judges with a simple yes or no vote, based on their rulings over time.

Here is a message from Teresa Douglas:

I have done a lot of research into each of the judges on the ballot and made my recommendations.  I based these on many factors.  Most of the people putting out recommendations are basing them on who appointed the judges.  This is not a good method.  I actually found a judge on the ballot that was appointed by Gov. Parson who launched The Missouri Bar's Diversity Judicial Internship Program last year!!!  Another judge appointed by Parson previously served as Chair to a social justice organization.

In addition to looking at who appointed them, I dug into the organizations the judges were affiliated with.  I also looked into some of their court cases to base my determinations.  Some of them were involved in the 21st Circuit Family Court in 2021 when they were exposed for corruption in the Tolu case.  Obviously, I recommend against retaining the Family Court judges that were involved.
