Missouri is now one of the most pro-life states in the United States after the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Immediately after the overturning, Missouri’s trigger law and Unborn Act went into effect. Starting today, abortions in Missouri are now banned. Representative Nick Schroer has been a key leader in creating the Heartbeat Bill, Unborn Act, and the trigger law that has outlawed selective abortions with exception to the health of the mother.
