Representative Justin Sparks, a Republican, represents part of St. Louis County (District 110) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022.

In addition to his service in the legislature, Sparks has been with the St. Louis County Police Department for nearly 15 years. He is currently a supervisor within the Special Response Unit and has also worked as an operator within the Tactical Operations Unit (SWAT). Sparks is also a Deputized United States Marshal in the Eastern District of Missouri and currently supervises and participates in High Risk Fugitive Apprehension Operations.

A graduate of Granite City High School, Sparks also attended Oral Roberts University and Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

Born in St. Louis, Sparks now resides in Wildwood with his wife. They have six children. Sparks and his family attend Grace Church.
