Andrew Crapuchettes- founder and CEO of RedBalloon, which was
founded in 2021 as the solution to the ever-growing problem of government
overreach and “cancel culture” invading the American workplace.  A new
report finds that woke policies during the pandemic crushed downtown small
businesses and economic activity in a number of blue cities, and these
areas have yet to recover. For example, economic activity in San
Francisco’s downtown area is still down 69% from the pre-pandemic levels. 
“Heavy-handed liberal policies put a choke-hold on downtown small
business owners during the pandemic, and many of these business owners
closed up shop and fled the city, resulting in economic downward spirals for
these once thriving communities,”
