Kehoe. || Volleyball player Janae Edmundson might not have lost her legs if the driver of the car had been properly monitored while under house arrest || The current appropriation of $4 million is estimated to save state and local government approximately $75 million in inmate jail costs. || 9,545 defendants are currently being supervised through this program. || This program protects victims. When a court orders a defendant to stay away from a victim, a digital boundary is established. If that boundary is crossed, supervising authorities are alerted immediately. || Davidson is also sponsoring tax cut elimination
