MIKE FERGUSON IN THE MORNING

Byron Keelin from Freedom Principle- Prop R in St. Louis City.  Prop R is a petition pushed by Reform St. Louis.  A dark Money group trying to use St. Louis as a guinea pig for progressive policies.  It’s a proposition that will take power away from Aldermen and create an independent board to make decisions based on the board instead of where people live.  This independent board could feasibly overturn policies that were approved by St. Louis City Aldermen.
