One final issue before election day that you guys haven't covered with him: Herculaneum Is Doing Use Taxes Right: The city has included in the ballot language for its use taxvote on April 7 that, if the use tax is passed, the city will reduce property taxes by ten percent to partly offset the new revenue collections.

Loosening this restriction would let the market grow the workforce organically, bring more trained plumbers online faster, and ultimately drive down costs for homeowners who are already waiting too long and paying too much.
