David Stokes from the Show-Me Institute talks about the Missouri appeals court decision in favor of remote workers and against St. Louis City government regarding the 1% earnings tax. The Missouri Court of Appeals ruled that the City had no right to impose the 1% earnings tax on workers who were not working within the City limits, even if they were working for a business there. The City will be required to issue refunds to those who were illegally taxed.
