Financial planner Paul Curtman talks about the Dow momentarily hitting 40,000 for the first time ever on Thursday, but most Americans feel like they're still struggling to make ends meet. He also looked at Gov. DeSantis signing a bill removing "climate change" from state laws, banning offshore wind power, and relaxing rules on gas pipelines, showing once again how he's ahead of the curve.
