The former mayor of Scranton, Democrat Bill Courtright's plea yesterday in federal court to charges of bribery, extortion and conspiracy came less than 24 hours after he resigned from office. Is it the end?  US Attorney for the Middle District of PA David Freed talks with WILK's Rob Neyhard. Courtright was released without bail. Sentencing was set for November.
