Born in KwaZulu-Natal, Marius recently moved to Knysna in the Western Cape where he passed away yesterday following heart surgery at the age of 53. Lotus FM drama producer and close friend of Marius, Raeesa Mahomed, described his well known drama called "Lollipop Lane" as one of the best series to ever air on the station. She described his talent as prolific and says he had many more great years ahead, as he recently opened a theatre in Knysna where he and his partners where doing well in the performing arts industry...
