The video shows a row of boys waiting as the teacher combs the hair of one student. She then yells "next" before the video ends. While some social media users have condemned the action, others have defended it - citing school dress-code policies. However, Gauteng Education MEC, Panyaza Lesufi, says his team has investigated the matter.
