By Newsbreak Senior Producer Taresh Harreeparshad - The Verulam Water Crisis Committee is not convinced that the eThekwini Municipality will have water supply restored by Wednesday. This follows the announcement that the northern aqueduct pipeline will be shutdown tomorrow evening until Wednesday to fix the six valves needed to restore water supply to northern parts of Durban. Residents have been battling severe water outages for four months now. Last week Water and Sanitation Minister Senzo Mchunu visited affected areas- after the deadline of 15th February was missed to have water supply restored.
