Deonarain says he is constantly encouraging his patients not to wait for issues to arise before booking an appointment with a specialist. He suggests examining your feet year-round and implementing a few other habits such as maintain good foot hygiene, hydrating the skin with a good moisturizer, buying or purchasing the proper-size shoes as well as inspect your feet regularly...
