By Newsbreak Executive Producer Salma Patel - Entertainment application "TikTok" has been banned in India - while other countries like Indonesia and Japan are considering restricting the app. TikTok is a social media platform for creating, sharing and discovering short music videos. Some videos though have come under fire for being discriminatory. But, two friends from Chatsworth, south of Durban - Shanice Janine Subbiah and Jardel Sai Govender - have managed to produce humorous TikTok videos that are praised for being short, sharp, fun and nostalgic.
