By Newsbreak Producer Taliesha Naidoo - Civil society group, Active Citizens Movement (ACM) is calling the UK government's decision to lift a three-year ban on Bain & Company, premature. The British government lifted the ban on the global consultancy firm less than eight months after imposing the sanction. The ban prevented the company from bidding for state work after the Zondo Commission found that Bain's South African branch colluded with former president Jacob Zuma and ex-SARS boss Tom Moyane to capture the tax agency.
