By Newsbreak Senior Producer Genevieve Lanka - The State has served seven Tongaat Hulett executives with a final indictment of charges relating to a case of fraud worth 3.5 billion-rand. The accused - Peter Staude, Murray Munro, Michael Deighton, Rory Wilkinson, Kamasagrie Singh, Samantha Shukla and Gavin Kruger - appeared briefly in the Durban Specialised Commercial Crimes Court yesterday. It is alleged they manipulated the company's financial systems to reflect incorrect profits, and in return, acquired huge bonuses for themselves.
