With the work-from-home model proving a success for many companies, employers are still  unsure about the best solution going forward. Organisational psychologist - Dr. Sharon Munyaka says most of the concerns stem from the fear of the unknown and uncertainty around the pandemic. However. Munyaka says a hybrid working model  is more favourable, as employees need some sort of social connection to thrive in the workplace...
