Johannesburg-based, Khadija Patel, has been elected the chairperson, making her the first woman and the first African to lead the prestigious organisation. Speaking at the Vienna City Hall, in Austria, Patel related her upbringing in South Africa - which helped shape her journalism career. Patel shares what this appointment means to her.
