By Newsbreak Producer Tracy Valaydham - Political Analyst, Professor Bheki Mngomezulu says given the electorate's frustration on the lack of service delivery, political strongholds are likely to shift in KwaZulu-Natal. Next week's general election is being dubbed the most hotly contested election since the dawn of democracy - with 70 political parties & 11 independents contesting. Professor Mngomezulu believes the formation of the MK and other political parties in KZN provide the electorate with more options. He says law enforcement and crime intelligence seem better prepared for any eventualities or violence that may arise. He also believes that parties are being more tolerant ahead of this year's general elections…
