The survey is conducted annually by real-estate software company MRI Software. In the latest survey, around 19-thousand people responded found that high interest rates, inflation and restricted employment opportunities are having a significant impact on the possibility of home ownership. Just under 10% of respondents said a poor credit record prevented them from becoming a homeowner.
