The #ECAfrica - Evolution of Youth Entrepreneurship (EYE) Development Program will equip learners with entrepreneurial skills and resources. The 24-year-old has already started to shape the piloting phase of the project, which is aimed at secondary school learners. By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - A large team of forensic pathology experts are currently working at the scene of the George collapsed building, to assist with identifying those who died in the tragedy. 24 people have been declared dead, while rescue efforts continue to focus on the 28 others who are unaccounted for. Rescue and recovery efforts continue at the site. It's been a week since the multi storey building under construction imploded. 13 people are still in hospital. SABC reporter, Sagree Chetty is at the scene and tells that emotions are running high as families hope for the relatives are found alive.....

By Newsbreak Producer, Taliesha Naidoo - Residents of KwaXimba, west of Durban says they are fed up with the ongoing water issues in the area. They claim that they have been without clean drinking water since 2018 in their homes. In February, Water Minister Senzo Mchunu had promised the water issues would be resolved in the area by April 26th. However, residents speaking to SABC news reporter, Nonjabulo Mntungwa Makamu says the situation has in fact worsened....

By Newsbreak Producer, Taliesha Naidoo - The case against four people accused in connection with the disappearance of six-year-old Joslin Smith, from Saldanha Bay, has been postponed to the 15th of July for further investigation in the Vredenburg Magistrate’s Court, on the West Coast. The little girl went missing from her house in the Middelpos informal settlement in Saldhana, nearly three months ago. She's not been found, despite an extensive search by authorities. The four accused include the girl's mother, Kelly Smith, and her boyfriend, Jacquen Appollis. They face charges of trafficking in persons with the purpose of exploitation and kidnapping. The court heard that forensic reports and cellphone records of the accused were already received but the data still needs to be analysed. A determination regarding where the matter will be heard, is expected to be made at a later stage. SABC news reporter, Corbin August spoke to Western Cape Minister of Police Oversight and Community Safety, Reagen Allen about the ongoing search for Joslin....
