By the Newsbreak team - It's World Radio Day today and we as the Newsbreak team have been reflecting on the power of radio and its vital importance in the current day. Because even while technology advances at an astonishing pace, radio still finds itself relevant and as popular as it's ever been. It isn't a visual medium so it's one of the only forms of information whereby you can be doing something else - like driving for example - and enjoy the news, music or whatever may be on the airwaves at any given time, safely.
