The book simply titled "Living Asthma FREE Naturally" is an account of Allan's own journey of how he beat asthma, which he suffered with for over 35 years. Allan says he experimented with all the treatments available - from medications to nebulizers and allergy tests - but unfortunately, none had long-term results. Now through the e-book, he hopes to share how he stopped asthma for good with the help of various vitamins, minerals and a healthy, balanced diet...
