By Newsbreak Producer Rachel Vadi - The Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality in Northern KZN have found themselves recovering millions of rands in outstanding rate payments. Municipal Manager, Nkosiyezwe Cyprian Vezi says findings show that owners of farms and other properties in the municipality have rented their property out and are now on extended vacations overseas.
